My Process

Clear direction. Room to explore. Care in the details.

As a creative team manager, I connect the bigger picture to the everyday decisions that make good work happen. I translate brand goals into clear creative direction, giving the team a shared vision and room to bring their own ideas to the table. I stay involved throughout the process—shaping concepts, offering thoughtful feedback, and helping solve challenges as they come up.

My role is also about people: building trust, recognizing individual strengths, and helping designers grow in confidence and skill. Whether I’m guiding a campaign or refining a layout alongside the team, I bring a practical approach, a collaborative mindset, and a close eye for the details that make the work stronger.

START WITH THE RIGHT QUESTIONS
Before exploring visuals, I clarify the goal, the audience, and what we need to communicate. A strong brief gives the team a shared starting point—and a reason behind each decision.

GIVE IDEAS ROOM
I make space for exploration, conversation, and unexpected directions. I want designers to bring their perspective, challenge an idea, and feel ownership of the work.

MAKE FEEDBACK USEFUL
My feedback is direct, specific, and tied to the brief. I explain what’s working, where we can push further, and why. Reviews should give people a clear next step.

KEEP EVERYONE CONNECTED
I bring designers, writers, marketing partners, and stakeholders into the conversation at the right moments. Clear priorities and timely decisions help protect both the creative work and the schedule.

STAY CLOSE TO THE DESIGN
I enjoy shaping concepts, refining layouts, and working through the details alongside the team. From typography to brand consistency, I care about how each piece comes together—and how it holds up in use.

HELP PEOPLE GROW
I look for opportunities to give designers meaningful responsibility, build their confidence, and stretch their skills. My role is to provide direction while giving them room to develop their own judgment.
